Corporate Sales Representative
Description
Candidates must be highly motivated, aggressive, and have a proven
track record in technology or software sales. As a Corporate Sales
Rep, you will be expected to effectively manage time to do day to
day prospecting activity, generate customer proposals and
presentations, make sales calls, and close new business. The
candidate must be able to meet a monthly quota through business to
business sales efforts. This position will focus on email archiving
and spam/virus filtering services for corporations.
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Well-developed strategic and tactical selling skills
- Self motivated with positive can-do attitude
- Ability to work unsupervised a must
- Technically conversant
- Proven track record of success
Responsibilities:
- Produces new revenue by generating leads and gaining customers
- Provides price quotes, lead time and provisioning status to customers as required
- Prepares customer proposals and/or presentations
- Establishes regular contact with customers to continually promote services
- Provides a weekly sales report including activity, pipeline and 30-60-90 day forecast
- Maintains Customer Relationship Management database
- Achieves established quotas
Requires at least 2 years of successful direct sales experience,
preferably with a technology services company.
Competitive compensation package including base salary, commission

Customer Care Specialist
Description
The Customer Care Specialist is a point of contact for Front Range Internet's customer base, providing telephone technical support, answering billing questions and assisting with set up of basic residential Internet accounts.
Requirements:
- Education: High School Graduate. Education or training in customer service, billing, business or telecommunications preferred.
- Experience: 2 years of customer service experience required; Internet, technical or telecommunications experience preferred.
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong troubleshooting/problem solving skills
- Basic understanding of Windows and/or MacOS
- Basic understanding of:
- the Internet and how it works
- Web browsers
- Email programs
- Attention to detail
- Comfortable with multi-line telephone systems
- Ability to speak clearly on the telephone
- Ability to communicate effectively and do technical troubleshooting in English
Responsibilities:
- Maintains current clients and makes sure they are happy with FRII's services to ensure low churn and longevity
- Helps refine current processes to improve team efficiencies
- Assists the Sales team with the setup/management of accounts
- Manages processing of all collection accounts; make pre-collection calls
- Supports billing, invoice, and payment processing keeping in mind FRII's revenue goals
- Exhibits high level of diplomacy and professionalism with customers and FRII staff
- Configures software for new customers
- Troubleshoots problems related to connectivity, email, FTP, etc.
- Calls customers to follow-up on open tickets
- Works on various projects and duties as assigned
Salary: $10-12/hour

Network Operations Center (NOC) Technician
Description
NOC technicians are responsible for monitoring FRII and customer
systems and networks in real time and diagnosing minor and major
errors 24/7/365. This position provides quality
customer service and support for FRII's dedicated customers and are
a technical escalation point for FRII's Customer Support team.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of multiple Operating Systems, GUI and Command line interfaces
- Basic understanding of telco technology
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent troubleshooting/problem solving skills
- Basic networking understanding
- Understanding of the Internet and its technologies
- High level of professionalism
Responsibilities:
- Real-time monitoring of FRII and customer systems, networks and services
- Manage mail abuse issues
- Troubleshoot network problems with Vendor/Providers in emergency situations
- Maintain/update data for network/system monitoring and response
- Provide dedicated customers with telephone technical support
Experience in the following are a plus:
- VoIP
- DSL, Dialup, Wireless networks, ISDN
- LANs, IP routing, VLANS
- POP, IMAP, DNS, SMTP, Apache
Salary range: 26k-30k DOE.

Voice and Data Consultant
Description
Candidates must be highly motivated, aggressive,

a voice and data consultant you will be expected to effectively
