Front Range Internet on cutting edge of technology again with own Voice over IP product

FORT COLLINS, CO -- April 26, 2005 -- Front Range Internet, Inc. (FRII), one of Colorado's largest Internet service providers, launches new SureRing line of Voice over IP Service Offerings.

Front Range Internet President and CEO, Bill Ward and his team of experts launch the latest in Telecommunications technology. "There is a lot of talk in the media right now about Voice over IP and we want to make sure business leaders along the Front Range are getting the facts about how it can improve their business structure and efficiency. We're here to provide the facts, the guarantee and the support behind this exciting technology," says Ward of the latest offering from his ten year old technology company. SureRing for businesses is available now. And SureRing products for the home are soon to follow.

With the ability to handle voice and data traffic simultaneously in a single unified network, VoIP changes the way modern businesses design and deploy communications infrastructure. "Understanding the basics is essential for anyone who is involved in or considering deploying VoIP," Ward stated. "Our staff commits much of their time everyday to educating consumers by answering basic questions such as:"

  • What is Voice over IP (VoIP)?
  • How can VoIP reduce total communications cost?
  • How can VoIP make communicating with mobile employees, home workers and remote offices seamless and easy?
  • Can VoIP provide the same quality and reliability as traditional phone service?
  • How can I outsource my phone switch and eliminate maintenance charges and expensive moves/adds/changes?
  • Is VoIP right for my business?

"We're here to inform people, provide the technology, then provide continuous support after companies have made the transition to VoIP," says Scott Eastman, sales representative for Front Range Internet. Eastman sees a need for VoIP in most businesses he visits: "If your current phone system needs to be replaced or upgraded, if you are starting a new business or if you want to service multiple office locations at the same time, then VoIP is the solution for you. It can save you money and eliminate the hassle of managing your own system."
