Front Range Internet rolls out RESIDENTIAL VoIP product: SureRing Home

FORT COLLINS, CO -- July 25, 2005 -- Front Range Internet, Inc. (frii.com), one of Colorado's largest Internet service and VoIP providers announces the roll-out of their Residential VoIP product this month: SureRing Home.

Front Range Internet President and CEO, Bill Ward and his team of experts launch the latest in Telecommunications technology specifically packaged for the home. Front Range Internet (or frii.com) has been selling SureRing for the business environment for months. "We took a little longer for our residential VoIP product because we wanted to make sure all of the emergency and security features were running smoothly," Ward says of the emergency features that have been making national headlines. "There is a lot of talk in the media right now about Voice over IP and we want to make sure residents along the Front Range are able to get the facts about how it can help their lives run more smoothly, save them money and time. In addition to providing facts, we also offer 24-hour support, Internet services ranging from DSL and T1 to all kinds of customized VoIP packages, as well as spam filtering."

With the ability to handle voice and data traffic simultaneously in a single unified network, VoIP changes the way modern families and homes design and deploy communications infrastructure. "Understanding the basics is essential for anyone who is involved in or considering deploying VoIP," Ward stated. "Our staff commits much of their time everyday to educating consumers by answering basic questions such as:

  • What is Voice over IP (VoIP)?
  • How can VoIP reduce total communications and long distance costs at home?
  • How can VoIP make communicating with traveling or distant family members seamless and easy?
  • Can VoIP provide the same quality and reliability as traditional phone service?
  • Is VoIP right for my life and my family?

"We are here to inform and educate our customers and the community. We provide the technology at an affordable cost, then we provide ongoing, local customer support for your family after you've chosen VoIP services for your home, " says Scott Eastman, sales representative for FRII.

"If you want freedom from the larger phone companies and all the limitations and expense of traditional phone services, VoIP will be a very cost effective phone service. FRII's residential VoIP services include features like caller id, call waiting, call forwarding, unlimited domestic long distance and an excellent voicemail system. All of these features are included as part of the service, not an add-on cost per feature. Your voicemail can even be forwarded to your email as a simple wav file," Eastman adds.
